Since Brexit, UK exporters have been able to use France’s Regime 42 (Procedure Code 4200) to benefit from simplified VAT arrangements when selling goods to the EU. However, from January 2026, this scheme will end — potentially leading to higher VAT costs for exporters shipping goods under DDP terms. This course explains what’s changing, how it may affect your EU exports, and what steps you can take now to prepare and minimise disruption.
