Beanstalk HR marks third birthday with rebrand and expanded services

Apr 1, 2026

Beanstalk HR is celebrating its third birthday with a refreshed brand, an expanded offering of services, and a renewed commitment to helping organisations “grow through capability, confidence, and culture.” As founder Yvette Whitwam reflects, “it felt like the right time to refresh the brand and messaging to reflect what Beanstalk HR is today ”

Originally named to symbolise sustainable, supported growth, Beanstalk HR has evolved into a strategic partner for organisations looking to strengthen leadership, transform culture, and unlock the potential of their people.

Over the past three years, Beanstalk’s portfolio has expanded significantly, now offering:

• Strategic HR partnerships and memberships that support organisations at every stage of growth.
• Leadership and development programmes, including emotionally intelligent leadership, reflective practice, coaching, and organisational design.
• Human‑centred, psychologically informed training, from “Accidental Manager to Purposeful Leader” to Anti‑Harassment and Bystander Intervention Programmes.
• Accredited mediation and strategic employee relations support, helping teams rebuild communication and strengthen relationships.
• Clarity4D colour‑profiling workshops to enhance collaboration and communication.

This evolution is reflected in the new brand identity, a modernised logo symbolising the journey from seed to high‑reaching climber, and a soon to be launched new website that will showcase clearer service pathways and client case studies.

Training brought to life

As part of the rebrand, Beanstalk HR partnered with Mid Yorkshire Chamber Patron Sam Teale Productions to capture its training in action. The resulting films spotlight anti‑harassment, bystander intervention, and Clarity4D workshops, giving organisations a real sense of the energy, challenge, and transformation these sessions create.

Supporting local business and community

The rebrand was supported by local companies and website funded in part through the AD:venture programme, reinforcing Beanstalk HR’s commitment to investing in the regional business community. The company also continues its social responsibility work, supporting local charities such as The Kirkwood, volunteering with the Huddersfield group of Riding for the Disabled, sponsoring a local women’s cricket team, and contributing to initiatives such as being involved in an anti‑bullying movement.

Looking ahead
With a strengthened brand, expanded services, and a growing reputation for warm, pragmatic, and commercially sharp HR support, Beanstalk HR is poised for its next chapter.
