The Piece Hall has increased the number of event spaces available for private and corporate hire to eight.
As the demand for meetings and events continues to grow across Halifax and the wider Calderdale borough, the unique heritage site wanted to improve the diversity of its offer with more smaller spaces.
The two new rooms are housed on the top floor of this iconic building, in units once used for the trading of pieces of woven woollen fabric produced on a handloom as part of Yorkshire’s famous cottage industry.
Syndicate 1 and Syndicate 2 will accommodate up to 15 delegates and both offer natural daylight and free Wi-Fi.
These new facilities are in addition to the other spaces already on offer at the world’s last remaining Georgian cloth hall.
The Caygill Rooms is an ideal space for celebrations, workshops, meeting and product launches with up 10 120 people.
The Gallery is the ideal space for evening drinks and canape receptions for up to 50 guests.
The Dinsdale Room is perfect for smaller meetings and breakout sessions.
Our restaurants, The Trading Rooms and The Astronomer are also both available to hire.
Plus, The Piece Hall’s magnificent 66,000 sq. ft courtyard can be booked for large private events such as gala dinners, product launches, corporate receptions, filming and photography.
Room hire starts from just £100 and the new spaces will be available for bookings from 1 March 2023.
